Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If there is a quality or color problem with your wedding flowers, we will work on your behalf with the florist to come to a resolution to meet your satisfaction. Since we work with the local florist, most often we'll be able to fix it right away without a hitch. If for some reason an immediate fix is not possible, we'll ask you to email us a photo of the flowers in question, and then come to a resolution that meets your satisfaction.
How does the process work?
You choose your desired flowers a la carte, check out using our fast and secure checkout process and place a deposit of $200. The remainder of the balance of your order will be charged 30 days before your wedding delivery date. If your initial order is taking place in less than 30 days, the full amount of the order will be charged.
Do I need to arrange my own wedding flowers?
No. Your flowers are delivered to your chosen delivery spot and your chosen delivery date professionally arranged by the local florist. Please be available to sign for delivery.
How do I place my order?
It's simple, just choose your flowers based on your desired flowers and/or colors and pick the number of each that you need.
When should I have my flowers delivered?
You should have your flowers delivered either on the date of your wedding or 1 day before your wedding.
Is it secure to order my flowers online?
Yes. FlowerPetal.com guarantees safe shopping online and protects you while you shop. We provide you a guaranteed secure way to purchase flowers and gifts online without worrying about credit card safety. When should I place my order?
The sooner the better, but at least 72 hours before your event.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is included in each package price, and varies based on the package. If you require set up at your wedding, that fee will vary based on your needs. Please let us know if you will require set up.
How do I pay for my wedding flowers? Is a deposit required?
Once you choose your desired flowers, you'll provide us with a valid credit card and we will charge a deposit of $200. The remainder of the balance of your order will be charged 30 days before your wedding delivery date. If your initial order is taking place in less than 30 days, the full amount of the order will be charged upon checkout.
Can I mix and match from different wedding collections?
Yes. Just choose a product and add it to your shopping cart. It's that simple.
What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order without penalty if your wedding is more than 30 days away, and we will refund your deposit. If you need to cancel 30 days or less, your deposit is nonrefundable.
